This is a simple report form with an inspection of the external perimeter of the house. We will walk your property, take pictures and provide you with a report at the frequency requested.
We require keys and codes to the property. We will do a more in-depth report form but will also inspect the inside of the house, monitoring for insidious hazards like mold, deterioration of the property, leaking taps etc.
A more in-depth report provided, pictures recorded on our network that can depict a timeline in the event there is any damage to the property from an unforeseen event. This is recommended for people who house B&B style accommodation.
If any maintenance work is identified, we are happy to provide a quote attached to the inspection report for any work required.

Hi, I am Sam the owner of Iron Lawns. I am a military veteran of 9 years , who then became a Paramedic working with QAS for 6 years who had to give it in due to work place violence. I moved back to the Clarence Valley with my wife and 2 kids and started Iron Lawns. My wife who is a nurse at the Grafton Base Hospital, we run Iron Lawns together.
